PUSHAS Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to PUSHAS Gift Cards, issued by PUSHAS PTY LTD and redeemable only at pushas.com.

• A Gift Card can be used for purchases on pushas.com up to its value, or the balance remaining after partial use. The remaining balance stays on the card.
• If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method.
• Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part, except where the law requires. The value shown includes GST.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards. Gift cards issued by third parties are not accepted.
• Treat a Gift Card like cash. PUSHAS is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If this happens, contact us immediately at orders@pushas.com. We may replace an unused card on proof of purchase, and otherwise at our discretion.
• PUSHAS may refuse or cancel a Gift Card where fraud is reasonably suspected.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, except as required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
