The adidas Superstar 82 ‘JJJJound Off White Made in Germany’ (2025) is a refined reinterpretation of one of sneaker culture’s most enduring silhouettes, fusing heritage design with the minimalist ethos of Montreal‑based creative studio JJJJound. Released on February 20, 2025, this collaborative model elevates the classic Superstar 82 with premium materials and understated luxury, reinforcing adidas Originals’ commitment to craftsmanship and contemporary style.
Overview
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail in Adidas’ Scheinfeld, Germany factory, the Superstar 82 ‘JJJJound Off White’ features a soft off‑white grained leather upper complemented by crisp core black serrated Three Stripes and a matching heel tab for a timeless contrast. Subtle yet distinctive gold‑foil “JJJJound” branding replaces the traditional Superstar script on the lateral side, embodying the design studio’s signature restraint and focus on purity of form. Classic elements like the textured rubber shell toe and stitched off‑white rubber cupsole with a herringbone traction pattern maintain the model’s historic roots while delivering everyday comfort and durability. Inside, a premium tan leather lining and co‑branded insole enhance the lux feel, rounding out a sneaker that balances heritage appeal with modern sophistication.
Key Highlights
Heritage Meets Minimalist Design: Merges the iconic Superstar 82 silhouette with JJJJound’s understated aesthetic, highlighted by off‑white leather and refined black accents.
Premium Construction: Made in Germany with high‑quality leather, a supportive rubber shell toe, and a durable herringbone rubber outsole for enduring performance and style.
Signature Branding: Features discreet gold‑foil JJJJound lettering on the lateral side, replacing traditional text and reinforcing the collaboration’s exclusivity.
