How long does PUSHAS take to deliver?
'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Non 'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 3-10 business days.
After dispatch, Standard shipping will take 1-7 business days to arrive depending on where you are located. Express Shipping by Australia Post may be available at checkout and generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive for 'Fastest' sizes.

Who are the delivery partners of PUSHAS?
Depending on your location, PUSHAS uses Australia Post, CourierPlease, DHL and TNT.

What is Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray?
We offer an option at checkout to add Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray. We'll wrap your sneaker box with bubble wrap and include a bottle of ICE Sneaker Protector.

Order Cancellation

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. Log into your PUSHAS account, select your order, and click 'Cancel'.

Return Process

Timeline: Email orders@pushas.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include "Order Return (Your Order Number)" in the subject line.

Costs:

• 9.5% handling fee applies for all returns after the 2-hour cancellation window
• You'll receive 90.5% of the item value (excluding shipping) as PUSHAS Store Credit
• You are responsible for all shipping costs

Return Requirements

• PUSHAS tag must be intact and untampered
• Items must be unworn with original packaging
• Must use proper packaging (original box with adequate protection)
• Must email orders@pushas.com before sending returns

Important Notes

• Store credits are tied to your original order email and cannot be transferred or converted to cash
• PUSHAS is not liable for items lost in transit - consider shipping insurance
• Mystery Box orders are final sale (no returns)
• PUSHAS reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet our conditions

Manufacturing Defects

For potential manufacturing defects:

• Free returns if approved after assessment
• Must have proof of purchase and all original tags
• Note: Sneakers over 2 years old are considered collectibles and meant for display, not wear
