ASICS Gel‑170TR Sneakers in the ’Milk White / Black’ colourway exemplifies ASICS’s mastery in blending retro‑inspired athleisure style with everyday comfort and performance. Part of the GEL‑170TR series, this model channels the enduring appeal of 1990s and early 2000s trainer designs while incorporating modern materials and cushioning technologies suited for all‑day wear.
Overview
Rooted in ASICS’s heritage of functional footwear, the Gel‑170TR draws from classic running‑shoe aesthetics with a low‑top silhouette and dynamic paneling. The ’Milk White / Black’ colourway delivers a clean yet contrast‑driven look with a predominantly light upper accented by deep black details—a versatile palette that pairs effortlessly with casual and streetwear ensembles. The construction combines synthetic leather and fabric overlays for a balance of durability and breathability, with a secure lace‑up closure that keeps the fit locked‑in during daily activities. Underfoot, a rubber sole offers reliable traction across varied surfaces, while GEL® cushioning in the midsole enhances shock absorption for comfort with every step.
Key Highlights
• Timeless Retro‑Trainer Styling: A low‑top silhouette with layered panel design that evokes classic ’90s and ’00s sportswear heritage.
• GEL® Cushioning Comfort: ASICS signature GEL® technology in the midsole delivers responsive underfoot cushioning for all‑day comfort.
• Durable Upper Materials: Combination of synthetic leather and fabric materials ensures a sturdy yet breathable construction.
