The ASICS Gel-Kayano 20 'White/Edamame Green' (1203A388-109) is a sportstyle reissue of ASICS' 2013 stability running shoe. It pairs a white mesh upper with an Edamame Green cage and a dark teal ASICS stripe, a fresh take on one of the brand's most technical archive silhouettes.
Overview
ASICS introduced the Gel-Kayano 20 in 2013 for long-distance running comfort and now presents it as an everyday shoe built on the same architecture. The brand cites buildings and cars as influences on its layered lines, and the Gel-Kayano 20 'Edamame' applies a light, fresh palette to that archival shape.
White mesh and synthetic panels form the base, wrapped by Edamame Green cage overlays and a dark teal ASICS stripe, over a black outsole. The FluidFit TPU cage and criss-cross overlays give a structured, glove-like fit, while dual GEL inserts in the forefoot and rearfoot and the Guidance Trusstic system provide cushioning and stability.
The white-dominant palette keeps it clean and versatile, and the green and teal accents add colour without overwhelming it. It sits well with light denim, shorts and relaxed summer tailoring.
Every pair is authenticated by hand at PUSHAS, so you can shop with confidence.
