You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. Log into your PUSHAS account, select your order, and click 'Cancel'.
Return Process
Timeline: Email orders@pushas.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include "Order Return (Your Order Number)" in the subject line.
Costs:
- 9.5% handling fee applies for all returns after the 2-hour cancellation window
- You'll receive 90.5% of the item value (excluding shipping) as PUSHAS Store Credit
- You are responsible for all shipping costs
