- After dispatch: standard shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

Depending on your location, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, DHL and TNT, with final delivery by your local postal service where applicable.

- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Please tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made later are still assessed under the Australian Consumer Law.
