The adidas Ghost Sprint lace‑up panelled sneakers ‘Team Victory Red’ (Style Code IH1653) marks a confident return for the Ghost Sprint line as part of adidas Originals’ tailored women’s offering for 2026. Revived from a low‑profile silhouette first seen in the mid‑2000s, the Ghost Sprint has been reintroduced with contemporary styling that blends heritage track aesthetics with everyday wearability. In striking Team Victory Red accented by Core Black and Silver Metallic detailing, this edition showcases the brand’s commitment to bold colorway design while respecting the model’s streamlined roots.
Overview
Releasing on January 13, 2026, the Ghost Sprint in Team Victory Red pairs a stepped‑back heritage silhouette with modern streetwear sensibilities. The shoe’s low‑cut build features premium leather and mixed materials on the upper, offering both durability and visual depth with its textured panels. Its lace‑up closure ensures a secure fit, while the rubber outsole delivers dependable traction. Though rooted in running‑inspired design, the Ghost Sprint’s aesthetics have positioned it as a versatile lifestyle sneaker, straddling the line between athletic heritage and contemporary fashion.
Key Highlights
Heritage‑Driven Revival: A modern reissue of a low‑profile adidas Originals silhouette with origins in early 2000s sprint‑inspired design.
Striking Team Victory Red Colorway: Bold red dominates the upper, balanced by Core Black and Silver Metallic accents for a dynamic visual appeal.
Premium Material Mix: Leather and mixed upper construction provides both durability and refined texture, suitable for streetwear and casual ensembles.
