ASICS Gel‑Sonoma TR62 Black Cement Grey redefines what it means to be a versatile trail‑inspired sneaker in the modern era, blending rugged outdoor performance with everyday street‑ready style. Rooted in ASICS' legacy of durability and comfort, this Black/Cement Grey iteration offers an understated yet functional aesthetic that transitions seamlessly from city sidewalks to forest trails. Built on decades of trail running heritage and engineered to meet the demands of both hiking enthusiasts and lifestyle wearers alike, the GEL‑SONOMA TR62 continues the brand’s tradition of reliability and adaptive cushioning that has made ASICS a leading name in footwear since 1949.
Overview
The ASICS GEL‑SONOMA TR62 in Black/Cement Grey is an updated evolution of the classic GEL‑SONOMA series, designed to balance urban versatility with trail durability. Drawing design inspiration from multiple iconic ASICS trail models such as the GEL‑TREKKER, GEL‑KAHANA 6, and GEL‑EAGLE TRAIL line, the TR62 integrates advanced cushioning and superior traction for varied terrain performance. Featuring a breathable mesh and synthetic upper reinforced with overlays for support and protection, and ASICS’ signature GEL cushioning in the rearfoot, this sneaker ensures comfort and shock absorption from everyday commutes to rugged hikes. Its multi‑directional outsole tread enhances grip across wet, dry, and uneven surfaces, making it a go‑to choice for outdoor adventures without sacrificing city style.
Key Highlights
• Trail‑Inspired Performance: Engineered for adaptability between urban environments and outdoor trails with reliable traction and stability.
• ASICS GEL Cushioning: Rearfoot GEL technology reduces impact on joints and enhances comfort for all‑day wear.
• Durable Upper Construction: Combines breathable mesh with synthetic leather overlays to protect against abrasion and support foot stability.
