The ASICS Gel-Kayano 20 'Fresh Ice Baltic Jewel' (1203A758-300) is a retro stability runner in a pale mint and teal colourway. Released in 2025, it dresses the 2013 Gel-Kayano 20 in a Fresh Ice mesh base with Baltic Jewel accents.
Overview
The Gel-Kayano 20 first launched in 2013, with design cues drawn from architecture and automotive forms. The ASICS Gel-Kayano 20 Fresh Ice Baltic Jewel is part of the model's return as a retro runner, and it sits at the cool end of the range.
An icy Fresh Ice mesh base sits beneath a supportive cage and smooth overlays, with deeper Baltic Jewel teal accents across the detailing. Reflective elements add low-light visibility. The upper uses ASICS FluidFit for an adaptive fit, while GEL units in the forefoot and rearfoot and the Guidance Trusstic system provide cushioning and stability.
The pale mint palette pairs easily with washed neutrals, greys and summer whites. It suits anyone who wants a technical retro runner with a softer colour.
Every pair is authenticated by hand at PUSHAS, so you can shop with confidence.
Key Highlights
• Fresh Ice Colourway: A pale Fresh Ice base with Baltic Jewel teal accents.
• FluidFit Upper: Stretch mesh and a supportive cage give a secure, adaptive fit.
• Dual GEL Cushioning: Forefoot and rearfoot GEL units absorb impact.
• Guidance Trusstic: The midfoot Trusstic system adds structure and stability.
