OP13-118 Luffy Wanted Poster: The OP-13 Luffy in a PSA 9 Slab

The OP13-118 Luffy Wanted Poster is the wanted-poster version of OP13-118 Monkey.D.Luffy, a Secret Rare in OP-13 "Carrying On His Will", the One Piece Card Game's third-anniversary booster. This copy is a Japanese print, graded and sealed by PSA at Mint 9, so the card arrives protected and ready for the shelf.

This guide covers the PSA-graded One Piece Card Game Japanese OP13-118 Monkey.D.Luffy Wanted Poster, one of the cards in the One Piece Card Game collection at PUSHAS. Below: the card and its art, the set it comes from, what the PSA label tells you and how to look after the slab once it is yours.

The card and its wanted-poster art

OP13-118 is Monkey.D.Luffy's Secret Rare in Carrying On His Will, and Bandai printed it in several versions. Alongside the standard card there is a parallel, a manga-style super parallel, a red super parallel and the wanted poster, which is the version in this slab.

The wanted poster styles the card as a bounty poster. On this copy the card face is a sepia, parchment-toned poster with "WANTED" across the top and "DEAD OR ALIVE" beneath a grinning Luffy portrait drawn in black-ink manga line work, with Japanese text along the bottom. It reads less like a game card and more like a prop pulled from the series itself.

Inside OP-13 Carrying On His Will

OP-13 released in Japan on 23 August 2025 to mark three years of the One Piece Card Game. The set is built around the three brothers, Monkey.D.Luffy, Portgas.D.Ace and Sabo, and the theme of an inherited will. Its card list runs to 132 cards plus one, with six cards in each pack.

The set has three Secret Rares, one each for the three brothers: Luffy (OP13-118), Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120). OP-13 also introduced a new rarity treatment, the red super parallel, which carries a flame motif tied to the brothers.

The set also has two firsts. Gol D. Roger, the Pirate King, appears as a Leader card for the first time, and the mysterious Im makes a debut in the One Piece Card Game. The Five Elders also arrive with parallel art drawn by Gege Akutami.

What the PSA slab and label show

A PSA slab is a sealed, clear holder with a label at the top. On this one the red-bordered label names the card, OP13-118 Monkey.D.Luffy, the wanted-poster version, and the grade, MINT 9.

That grade sits one step below Gem Mint 10 on PSA's 10-point scale. PSA describes a Mint 9 as a superb condition card that shows only one of a few minor flaws. For a deeper look at how each grade is defined, see our guide to the PSA grading scale explained.

How to store and display the slab

A slab already protects the card, so the job is to protect the slab. A few suggestions:

• Try a fitted slab sleeve or a padded graded-card case to keep the plastic free of scratches.
• Store slabs upright in a box made for graded cards rather than stacked loose.
• For display, a stand or wall frame away from direct sunlight and heat works well.
• Handle by the edges and wipe the case with a soft microfibre cloth.
