The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Flyknit 'Wolf Grey' (2017) reimagines one of Jordan Brand’s most iconic silhouettes through a lightweight and modern construction. Released in 2017, this iteration preserves the timeless design language of the original 1985 Air Jordan 1 while introducing Nike’s innovative Flyknit technology for enhanced flexibility and reduced weight. Dressed in a clean “Wolf Grey” colour palette, the sneaker balances heritage basketball aesthetics with contemporary performance-driven craftsmanship. The woven upper offers a textured interpretation of the classic leather paneling, creating a refined monochromatic finish that appeals to both collectors and everyday wearers. As part of Jordan Brand’s Flyknit series, the release demonstrated the brand’s commitment to evolving classic footwear while staying true to the DNA that made the Air Jordan 1 a cultural icon.
Overview
Constructed with a fully woven Flyknit upper, the sneaker replicates the original panel structure of the Air Jordan 1 through varying knit patterns and textures. The “Wolf Grey” finish extends across the upper, laces, tongue, and outsole, delivering a sleek and versatile aesthetic suitable for everyday styling. Premium leather detailing appears on the Swoosh and Wings logo, preserving signature Jordan Brand elements while complementing the lightweight textile construction. Nike Air branding on the tongue reinforces the sneaker’s OG heritage, while encapsulated Air cushioning in the midsole provides everyday comfort. The icy translucent outsole introduces subtle contrast beneath the tonal upper, elevating the modern appeal of the silhouette. Authenticity is guaranteed with PUSHAS, where every pair is meticulously authenticated by our team of experts.
