Population is the number of copies of a card PSA has graded at each grade, published by PSA. It changes as more cards are graded, and counts graded copies, not copies printed.

PSA grades whole numbers from 1 to 10, plus half grades from 1.5 to 8.5. There is no PSA 9.5.
Description  
The Pokémon TCG Base Set Shadowless #9 Magneton Holo (1999) is a vintage Pokémon trading card from the original English Base Set, which was released on January 9, 1999. Magneton appears as card number 9/102 in the set and is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon that evolves from Magnemite. The Shadowless designation identifies this card as part of the second English Base Set print run, produced after the 1st Edition printing and before the Unlimited version. As a classic Base Set holographic card, this Magneton represents an important piece of the original Pokémon TCG era. Overview The Base Set Magneton features artwork by Keiji Kinebuchi and depicts the Electric-type Pokémon with 60 HP. The card includes the attacks Thunder Wave, which deals 30 damage and can Paralyze the Defending Pokémon following a successful coin flip, and Selfdestruct, which deals 80 damage while also causing Magneton to deal 20 damage to each Pokémon on both players' Benches and 80 damage to itself. The Shadowless print can be distinguished from later Unlimited versions by the absence of the drop shadow around the illustration window, along with thinner HP and attack text. The English Base Set Shadowless print also retains the © 1995, 96, 98, 99 Nintendo copyright line associated with the Shadowless layout. Cancel within 2 hours

Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.

Change of mind returns

  • Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Change of mind return requirements

  • Unworn, in its original condition and packaging

Authenticity

Q: Is every slab authentic?

Yes. Every slab is authenticated by hand at PUSHAS before it ships, and every slab carries a unique certification number from its grader that you can look up yourself.

Q: Will I receive the slab in the photos?

Images show this card for reference. You receive the same card at the grade you select, sealed in its own slab with its own certification number. Graders hold every copy at a given grade to the same standard.

Q: How do I verify my slab?

Every grading company runs a public certificate lookup. Enter the certification number printed on your slab's label to see the card and grade on record. For PSA, use psacard.com/cert.

Grading

Q: What does the grade mean?
