The Supreme DJ Screw Zip Up Hooded Sweatshirt 'Black' (2026) pays tribute to DJ Screw, the influential Houston DJ and founder of the Screwed Up Click, through Supreme's distinctive streetwear aesthetic. Released as part of Supreme's Spring/Summer 2026 (SS26) collection, the sweatshirt combines a black colourway with a full zip-up hooded silhouette, creating a versatile piece that connects Supreme's contemporary approach to a significant figure in hip-hop culture. The Supreme DJ Screw Zip Up Hooded Sweatshirt was released on April 2, 2026, with a retail price of $188.
Overview
The Supreme DJ Screw Zip Up Hooded Sweatshirt 'Black' is defined by its understated black base and zip-up construction, giving the garment a clean foundation while allowing its DJ Screw-inspired detailing to remain the focal point. The full-zip format provides a practical alternative to traditional pullover hoodies, while the hooded design maintains the relaxed streetwear character associated with Supreme apparel. As part of the SS26 collection, the piece reflects Supreme's continued use of cultural references within its seasonal releases. Its connection to DJ Screw gives the sweatshirt particular relevance for collectors interested in the intersection of Supreme, streetwear and hip-hop history. The black colourway further enhances its versatility, making it an adaptable addition to a contemporary wardrobe.
