Can you return sneakers bought online from a marketplace? On many marketplaces, barely. Change-of-mind returns are often unavailable, limited to certain listings or countries, refunded only as store credit, or open for a matter of days. On PUSHAS, you can return an item for change of mind within 14 days of delivery and choose your refund: 90% back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS store credit.
Every buyer of sneakers, streetwear or collectibles knows the moment. The box arrives, the pair is exactly what you ordered, and it still isn't right. The toe box runs narrow. The colour reads differently in daylight. The hoodie is one size too boxy. At a regular retailer that's a returns slip. On a marketplace it can be a pair you now have to sell yourself. We think the returns policy is the clearest signal of how a marketplace treats you once it has your money, which is why ours is written for the moment after delivery, not the moment before checkout.
A marketplace doesn't own most of what it sells. When you buy, the money is owed to an independent seller, and the item has already been authenticated and shipped. Accepting a change-of-mind return means someone absorbs the cost of shipping it back, authenticating it again and finding a new buyer. Most platforms solve that by not accepting returns at all, or by allowing them only in narrow cases.
Across sneaker marketplaces, the common patterns are:
None of that is unreasonable on its own. It just means the returns policy is worth reading before you check out, not after the box arrives.
Two numbers to remember: 2 hours to cancel, 14 days to decide.
| When | What you can do | Your refund |
|---|---|---|
| Within 2 hours of ordering | Cancel the order | Full refund to your original payment method |
| Days 1–14 after delivery | Return for change of mind | 90% to your original payment method, or 100% as store credit |
| Days 15–90 after delivery | Return for change of mind | 90% as store credit |
| Within 14 days, if something is wrong | Lodge a claim (not authentic, damaged, wrong item, not as described) | Assessed by PUSHAS; a confirmed authenticity claim is refunded in full, including shipping |
We don't offer exchanges, so a different size is a return plus a new order. The full return conditions live in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
If you already know you'll be shopping again, the store credit route returns the full item value within 14 days of delivery. For a buyer who simply ordered the wrong size, that's often the cleanest outcome: return, then pick up the right size or something else entirely.
Ordered the wrong size, or paid more than you meant to? Cancel within two hours and the order is refunded in full to your original payment method, with no deductions.
These are two different things, and it pays to know which one you're dealing with.
Change of mind covers the item being exactly as described while you no longer want it. That's the table above.
A claim covers an item that is not authentic, damaged, the wrong item, or not as described. Report it within 14 days of delivery. You don't need to prove anything or supply an expert opinion. We send a prepaid label, our authenticators examine the item, and if it's confirmed not authentic you receive a full refund of the item and shipping to your original payment method. That promise is our Authenticity & Legitimacy Guarantee, and it covers every item, at every price.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and the consumer laws of your own country, sit on top of all of this and can't be excluded.
Collectibles follow the same returns policy, with one rule that protects every buyer after you. A graded card (a slab) can be returned only if the slab comes back sealed, intact and unopened. A cracked, opened or resubmitted slab can't be returned, and disagreeing with the grader's grade isn't grounds for a return, because the grade belongs to the grading company, not to us or the seller. If you're new to slabs, start with what a graded card slab is.

It depends on the platform. Many treat sales as final or allow returns only on selected listings, in certain countries, or for store credit. On PUSHAS you can return for change of mind within 14 days of delivery for 90% back to your original payment method or 100% store credit, and within 15–90 days for 90% store credit.
Yes. Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
Report it to orders@pushas.com within 14 days of delivery. You don't need to prove anything. We send a prepaid label, our authenticators examine the item, and if it's confirmed not authentic you get a full refund including shipping.
No. To change size, return the item under the returns policy and place a new order. Choosing store credit returns the full item value within 14 days of delivery.
Yes, under the standard returns policy, as long as the slab is returned sealed, intact and unopened. Opened, cracked or resubmitted slabs can't be returned, and disagreeing with the grade isn't grounds for a return.
