The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 'Summit White Black' Women's (2020) delivers a modern interpretation of the iconic Air Jordan 1, combining its familiar high-top profile with updated cushioning technology. Released in December 2020 under style code CT0979-100, the women's-exclusive colourway features a Summit White/Black/Sail/Light Orewood Brown/White palette and originally retailed for $140. The design preserves the unmistakable Jordan 1 aesthetic while introducing Zoom Air cushioning and contemporary construction details, making it a notable evolution of the classic basketball-inspired silhouette.
Overview
The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 'Summit White Black' is built around a clean, neutral colour scheme, with Summit White and Sail tones forming the foundation and contrasting black appearing across the Swoosh and collar details. The upper combines leather and suede or nubuck elements, while the perforated toe box contributes to the familiar Air Jordan 1 design language. A padded collar and exposed-foam tongue provide a distinctive contemporary finish, complemented by a Zoom Air-branded tongue tag instead of the traditional Nike Air branding found on the original Air Jordan 1 High OG. Underfoot, a full-length Zoom Air unit replaces the original Air cushioning configuration, delivering the technical upgrade that defines the Zoom CMFT edition.
Key Highlights
• Summit White and Black Colourway: A versatile neutral palette combines Summit White and Sail tones with contrasting black accents for a clean, understated aesthetic.
• Zoom Air Cushioning: The silhouette incorporates Zoom Air technology throughout the sole, distinguishing the CMFT version from the original Air Jordan 1 construction.
• Reworked Air Jordan 1 Design: The classic high-top profile is updated with a padded collar, exposed-foam tongue and Zoom Air branding for a more contemporary interpretation.
