Where should you buy graded Pokémon cards online? Buy from a marketplace that authenticates every slab before it ships, verifies who can sell, and refunds you in full if a card turns out not to be authentic. On PUSHAS, every graded card is authenticated by hand, listed by a vetted seller and covered by our Authenticity & Legitimacy Guarantee, and you can return it under our standard returns policy if it comes back sealed and intact.

A graded card is two purchases in one: the card, and the grader's opinion of it, sealed in plastic. That's the appeal. It's also why graded cards attract the most sophisticated fakes in collecting. A buyer is paying a premium for certainty, so the place you buy from should add certainty, not ask you to supply it. That is the single criterion we'd judge any seller of slabs on: who carries the risk if the slab is wrong.

The five places collectors buy slabs, compared

Where Strengths Watch out for
Local card shops See the slab in person; build a relationship Limited range; prices vary widely
Card shows Huge range in one room; negotiate face to face Fast decisions; cash deals with no recourse
Open auction and classifieds sites Deep range; occasional bargains Anyone can list; authentication is your job
Social media groups Community; direct deals Off-platform payments; least protection of any channel
Authenticated marketplaces Every slab inspected before dispatch; a written guarantee Check how authentication works and what the guarantee covers

Every channel has its place. The difference is who carries the risk if a slab is fake. On open platforms, it's the buyer. On an authenticated marketplace, it's the marketplace.

Where to buy graded Pokémon cards online: why PUSHAS

Authenticated by hand, then guaranteed

Every graded card is authenticated by hand by a trained PUSHAS authenticator before it ships. If you ever receive a card that's confirmed not authentic, our Authenticity & Legitimacy Guarantee gives you a full refund, including shipping, to your original payment method. You don't need to prove anything to raise a claim.

Vetted sellers only

Sellers apply to list on PUSHAS and only a small share are accepted. You're buying from a seller we've verified, not from whoever opened an account that morning.

Pokémon and One Piece, in one place

Our Graded Cards (Slabs) collection sits alongside sealed Pokémon and One Piece product, so the collector who opens boxes and the collector who buys singles already graded shop the same shelf. Read the grader and grade on each listing before you buy, so you get exactly the slab you want.

Clear rules that protect the next buyer too

Slabs follow our standard returns policy when they come back sealed, intact and unopened. Opened, cracked or resubmitted slabs can't be returned, and a disagreement with the grader's grade isn't grounds for a return. Those rules protect you from buying a slab someone else has tampered with.

Pay your way, in your currency

Prices are shown in your local currency, and cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are available at checkout. Graded cards ship to 14 markets, with shipping calculated at checkout.

Know when it arrives, and change your mind early

Slabs marked FASTEST are already at a PUSHAS facility and dispatch within 2 days. Other slabs are sent to us by the seller, authenticated, then dispatched, which takes 8 to 26 business days, so read the estimate on the listing. Ordered the wrong card? Cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund.

Before you buy any slab

  1. Know the grader. PSA, BGS and CGC grade differently and command different prices for the same number. Read PSA vs BGS vs CGC.
  2. Know the grade. The jump from a 9 to a 10 is often the biggest price step on the scale. See the PSA grading scale explained.
  3. Look up the cert. Every major grader runs a free lookup. Confirm the card, grade and images match.
  4. Check the population. How many copies exist at that grade shapes long-term value.
  5. Inspect the slab. Our guide to spotting a fake graded card covers labels, holograms and seams.

Graded or sealed?

If you collect for the card, a slab gives you a known condition and a known grade. If you collect for the opening, sealed product is the other route, and we cover where to find it in where to buy authentic sealed Pokémon TCG. Plenty of collectors do both: open the sealed box, then buy the single they didn't pull, already graded.
