Overview
The Free Metcon line blends Nike's Metcon training platform with the natural flex of Nike Free. The Nike Free Metcon 5 White Bright Crimson is built for mixed sessions that move from squats and deadlifts to burpees, box jumps and short sprints.
The mesh upper uses internal webbing through the top eyelets to help lock down the ankle. Underfoot, a dual-layer midsole places a soft inner foam inside a firmer outer foam that adds stability. Extra-deep flex grooves run through the sole for forefoot flexibility, while the heel is wider than many dedicated lifting shoes for a stable base under load.

- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.

- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.
