The Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Tech Sticker Collection (Lucario) is a sealed collection built around a foil Lucario promo card (MEP 095) and a matching sticker sheet for personalising tech devices. Released on 16 September 2026 with the 30th Celebration expansion, it also includes three 30th Celebration booster packs.
Overview
30th Celebration marks 30 years of Pokémon with a special set of 199 cards, every one of them foil. The Tech Sticker Collection comes in two versions: Lucario represents Pokémon Night Out, while Alolan Exeggutor represents Pokémon Day Out.
The Lucario promo is numbered MEP 095 in the Mega Evolution promo series and is exclusive to this collection. Each 30th Celebration booster pack holds five foil cards, including a guaranteed Pikachu from a run of 30 different artworks, plus a foil Basic Energy and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. The set is headlined by Mewtwo ex, Mew ex, Gengar ex, Sylveon ex and Greninja ex.
For collectors, the 30th Celebration Tech Sticker Collection Lucario is a compact way to add the MEP 095 promo and three anniversary packs to a collection. 30th Celebration booster packs are sold only inside products like this one, not as loose packs.

Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.
Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Please tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made later are still assessed under the Australian Consumer Law. We send a prepaid label, inspect the item, and if the claim is confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. No handling charge applies.
