After dispatch, standard shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express Shipping by Australia Post may be available at checkout for 'Fastest' sizes and generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

We send a prepaid label, inspect the item, and if the claim is confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. No handling charge applies.
