If you believe an item is not authentic, email orders@pushas.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, what you noticed and a few photographs. You do not need to prove anything or pay for an expert opinion.
We send a prepaid return label, our authenticators examine the item, and we tell you the outcome either way.

- Report a concern within 14 days of delivery to orders@pushas.com. The return label is prepaid. There is no handling charge.
- Return the item unworn, with the PUSHAS authenticity tag attached and its original box and accessories. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Confirmed not authentic: a full refund of the item and shipping to your original payment method.
- Confirmed authentic: you choose to have the item sent back to you, paying the label and return shipping, or to treat it as a change of mind return under our Returns and Refunds Policy, with the label cost deducted. We tell you this before we send the label.
- Claims made in bad faith, or items substituted or altered before return, may incur charges and may end access to PUSHAS.
- As a marketplace, PUSHAS makes the final decision on every authenticity case on behalf of the seller. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws of your country, which cannot be excluded. If you discover an issue after 14 days, contact us.

How do I raise an authenticity concern?
Email orders@pushas.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, what you have noticed and photographs. You do not need to prove anything. PUSHAS sends a prepaid return label, inspects the item and tells you the outcome either way.
What do I get back if an item is confirmed not authentic?
A full refund of the item and shipping to your original payment method. The return label is free and there is no handling charge. The guarantee covers every item on PUSHAS at every price.
What happens if the item is confirmed authentic after all?
You choose: have the item sent back to you, paying the label and return shipping, or treat it as a change of mind return under the Returns and Refunds Policy, with the label cost deducted. PUSHAS tells you this before sending the label.
What if the item is authentic but not right for me?
Cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. Change of mind within 14 days of delivery: 90% back to your original payment method or 100% as PUSHAS store credit. Days 15 to 90 after delivery: 90% store credit. There are no exchanges. Graded card slabs are returnable only while sealed, intact and unopened.
