Instead of spending on a huge Black Friday campaign, we thought to reward our most loyal customers first.

Times are tight for everyone right now and we believe if you supported us in the past, you deserve to be treated and looked after.

Hopefully this small gesture shows our appreciation for you all.

Secondly, we’re focusing our efforts and resources on getting orders out even faster to ensure everyone gets their orders for the holidays.

With higher expected order volumes coming through from now until early December, we want to ensure every customer’s experience (existing or new) is better.
