1. Promoter. PUSHAS Pty Ltd (ABN 64 617 810 554) of Sydney, NSW ("PUSHAS"). Contact: orders@pushas.com.

2. Promotion period. Each PUSHAS Weekly Draw is a separate promotion running from 12:00am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday (Sydney time), with the draw at 4:00pm the following Monday, as shown under "This week" above. Purchases outside a promotion period enter the following week's draw, if one is run.

3. Eligibility. Open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who hold a PUSHAS account. Employees and contractors of PUSHAS and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter. Purchase a PUSHAS Gift Card at pushas.com at its face value during the promotion period. Each A$1 of gift card value purchased is one entry, credited to the PUSHAS account that placed the order. No additional charge applies to enter. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

5. Entries that do not count. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, flagged as fraudulent, or placed with a gift card as payment are not valid entries. Entries are void if the order is refunded or charged back before or after the draw; if a winner's entry becomes void, the prize is forfeited and may be redrawn.

6. The draw. The draw is a game of chance. It takes place at the PUSHAS office in Sydney at the time stated above. A list of valid entries for the period is exported from PUSHAS's order system; each entry is assigned a sequential number; a winning number is selected using a random number generator (random.org). The draw is recorded and the recording is published with the winner announcement. PUSHAS's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize. The prize for each draw is stated under "This week" above. The winner chooses either the cash prize or the gift card prize. The prize is delivered within 30 days of PUSHAS receiving the winner's choice and, for cash, their bank details, once the winning order has cleared PUSHAS's payment and fraud checks. Cash is paid by bank transfer to an Australian bank account held in the winner's name; a gift card prize is issued by email. The prize is not transferable. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, PUSHAS may redraw. Total prize pool per draw does not exceed A$3,000.

8. Winner notification and publication. The winner is notified by email on the day of the draw. By entering, the winner agrees to PUSHAS publishing their first name, initial of surname, and state on pushas.com, by email and on PUSHAS social media. Winners may be asked, but are not required, to provide a photo or video for publication.

9. Gift cards. PUSHAS Gift Cards are delivered by email, valid for 3 years from purchase, redeemable on pushas.com only, not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Standard PUSHAS terms of service apply.

10. General. PUSHAS may cancel or vary a draw where required by law or where fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond its control affects the draw, subject to any direction of a regulatory authority. PUSHAS is not liable for any loss arising from the promotion except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Personal information is handled under the PUSHAS privacy policy. Records of each draw are kept for at least 12 months.
