Where does PUSHAS ship?
PUSHAS ships worldwide from our facilities in Sydney, Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does PUSHAS take to deliver?
'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 2 business days. Other sizes are dispatched within 3 to 10 business days, once they reach us and pass authentication.
After dispatch, standard shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express Shipping by Australia Post may be available at checkout for 'Fastest' sizes and generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

Who are the delivery partners of PUSHAS?
Depending on your location, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, DHL and TNT, with final delivery by your local postal service where applicable.

Duties and taxes
Australia: prices include GST and duties are calculated at checkout. Orders over A$1,000 fulfilled from an overseas facility may attract import duty and GST on arrival. Outside Australia: import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are paid by the buyer.

What is Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray?
We offer an option at checkout to add Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray. We'll wrap your sneaker box with bubble wrap and include a bottle of ICE Sneaker Protector.

Cancel within 2 hours

Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.

Change of mind returns

• Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
• 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
• You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Email orders@pushas.com with "Order Return (Your Order Number)" in the subject line before sending anything back.

Change of mind return requirements

• Unworn, in its original condition and packaging
• PUSHAS tag attached and undamaged
• Packed in a sturdy outer box, never a satchel alone
• Passes inspection on arrival

Mystery Box orders, opened sealed collectibles and Refurbished by PUSHAS items (after 2 hours) cannot be returned for change of mind.

Not authentic, damaged, incorrect or not as described

Please tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made later are still assessed under the Australian Consumer Law. We send a prepaid label, inspect the item, and if the claim is confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. No handling charge applies.

• Each size is listed by different vetted sellers on the PUSHAS marketplace
• Prices are driven by the payout each seller sets and by live demand for that size
• For every size, the best available price is the one shown

Q: Are the product colours accurate to the photos?

Screens vary, but the colourway does not. You receive the exact colourway named on the listing.

Box Condition

Q: What qualifies as a "damaged box"?

• Minor dents, creasing, small scuffs, small edge rips and light shelf wear are normal and not declared
• Crushed panels, large tears, water damage or a missing lid are declared on the listing
• Note: Regardless of box condition, the item inside is always brand new
