Each hobby box contains a single pack of five cards: four Chrome® base cards that complete the core set and one Chrome® parallel, giving collectors immediate access to the foundational elements of the 10th Anniversary Labubu Chrome collection. Cards feature original artwork by Labubu creator Kasing Lung, celebrating ten years of character evolution and narrative depth from the The Monsters series. 'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 2 business days. Other sizes are dispatched within 3 to 10 business days, once they reach us and pass authentication.
After dispatch, standard shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express Shipping by Australia Post may be available at checkout for 'Fastest' sizes and generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

Depending on your location, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, DHL and TNT, with final delivery by your local postal service where applicable.
Duties and taxes
Australia: prices include GST and duties are calculated at checkout. Orders over A$1,000 fulfilled from an overseas facility may attract import duty and GST on arrival. Outside Australia: import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are paid by the buyer.

Cancel within 2 hours
Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.
Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Change of mind return requirements

Not authentic, damaged, incorrect or not as described
Please tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made later are still assessed under the Australian Consumer Law. We send a prepaid label, inspect the item, and if the claim is confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. No handling charge applies.
