Refurbished by PUSHAS

To do our part to decrease waste and promote sustainability, Refurbished by PUSHAS is a collection of authentic items carrying a small visible flaw, for customers who are happy with a slightly imperfect item at a reduced price. We hand-inspect each item to make sure it is like-new but slightly imperfect (for example: a stain, mark, discolouration or fading), and the flaw is shown on the listing before you buy.

Our quality checks on our new items are of the highest standard. Not every item will meet a sellable condition as new, but that doesn't mean it heads to landfill.

The 2 hour cancellation window applies as it does to every order. After that, Refurbished items cannot be returned for change of mind.

• What are Refurbished items?
  • Refurbished items are like-new but slightly imperfect, so they cannot be sold as new. Examples include, but are not limited to, factory flaws, stitching errors, cuts, tears, stains, marks, excess glue, peeling, discolouration or fading.
• What's the returns policy for Refurbished by PUSHAS items?
  • You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, change of mind returns are not available, because the flaw is disclosed and the item is priced accordingly. If an item arrives with a fault that was not disclosed, is not the item described, or is not authentic, tell us within 14 days of delivery and it is covered in full.   • We want to do our part to decrease waste and promote sustainability. Many brand new items carry a small factory flaw and can still find a home instead of going to waste.
