This Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds and consumer rights are handled on PUSHAS. At PUSHAS, we operate a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, while also providing authentication and transaction support services. This policy explains our voluntary change-of-mind returns process, how we handle items that may be faulty, incorrect, inauthentic or not as described, and how this policy applies to both Australian and international buyers.
If you change your mind or order the wrong size, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. Simply log in to your PUSHAS account, select the relevant order, and choose 'Cancel'.
After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, full refunds, exchanges and swaps are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases due to the anonymous nature of our resale marketplace. However, eligible items may still be returned to PUSHAS in exchange for PUSHAS Store Credit in accordance with the policy below.
To request a change-of-mind return, the buyer must email orders@pushas.com within 90 days of receiving the original shipment. Please include 'Order Return (Your Order Number)' in the subject line.
If a change-of-mind return is approved after the 2-hour cancellation window has elapsed, a 10% handling fee will apply. The buyer will receive 90% of the item value paid, excluding shipping, as PUSHAS Store Credit.
This handling fee helps cover our costs of processing, inspecting, handling and restocking the item, as well as liaising with the seller. If the order has already been fulfilled, the returned item must be sent back to us and pass our inspection process before any store credit is issued. We encourage all customers to order carefully before checking out.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from PUSHAS.
Items are only eligible for a change-of-mind return if all of the following requirements are met:
This policy applies across eligible items sold on PUSHAS, including sneakers, streetwear, accessories and collectibles.
Please ensure you pack your item safely and securely, ideally in the same outer box it was delivered in. The buyer is responsible for any damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
Packaging that may be considered unsuitable includes, but is not limited to:
PUSHAS reserves the right to reject any return that arrives in unsuitable condition, does not meet the eligibility requirements above, or was sent back without first being approved by our team.
The buyer remains responsible for the item until it has been received and accepted by the PUSHAS team.
If your item goes missing in transit to our warehouse using a carrier label supplied by us, we may assist by opening an investigation with the delivery carrier to help reach a resolution.
However, unless required by law, PUSHAS is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us, and buyers are responsible for arranging any transit insurance they consider appropriate.
PUSHAS Store Credit is issued to the same email address used for the original order and cannot be transferred to another account.
PUSHAS Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
If you no longer have access to the email address used for the original order, please contact our team and we will review whether we can assist based on the information available to verify account ownership.
Mystery Box orders are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, inauthentic, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@pushas.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos.
This includes eligible claims relating to sneakers, streetwear, accessories and collectibles.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, assist with a remedy in accordance with applicable law, our marketplace processes and our seller terms. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate resolution.
Where the issue amounts to a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where the issue does not amount to a major failure, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or another suitable resolution.
No handling fee applies to returns approved for faulty, incorrect, inauthentic or not-as-described items where a remedy is required by law.
Sneakers that may have a manufacturing fault can be sent to our team for assessment to help determine whether the issue is due to manufacturing fault or wear and tear.
Streetwear, accessories and collectibles that may have a manufacturing fault or material defect may also be sent to our team for assessment, where relevant.
To be considered for assessment, you must provide proof of purchase, ensure all tags remain intact where applicable, and return the item in the same condition it was supplied, subject to any inspection reasonably required to assess the issue.
If the relevant criteria are met, PUSHAS may allow a free return or another appropriate remedy.
Please note that many older items sold on PUSHAS, particularly certain sneakers and collectibles, may be regarded as collectible products. In those cases, factors such as age, storage history, materials, release date and intended purpose may be relevant when assessing whether the item is fit for wear, use, display or collection.
In particular, many sneakers released by retailers more than 2 years ago may be considered collectible in nature. In those cases, their intended purpose may be more appropriately assessed as display and collection rather than regular wear.
PUSHAS accepts orders from customers in multiple countries. Our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy applies to eligible international orders, unless stated otherwise.
If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may also have rights under consumer protection laws that apply in your country or place of purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where any applicable law provides a non-excludable right or remedy, this policy applies subject to that law.
For approved international change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, original shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and any other associated costs unless otherwise required by law.
Any original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs charges paid on international orders are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
International returns must satisfy the same eligibility requirements set out in this policy, including original condition requirements, intact PUSHAS tags where applicable, and inspection by the PUSHAS team on arrival.
For international orders approved for return due to a faulty, incorrect, inauthentic or materially not-as-described item, PUSHAS will determine the appropriate return process and remedy in accordance with applicable law, our marketplace processes and our seller terms.
For Australian consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
PUSHAS operates a marketplace. Consumer guarantee rights for purchases made through a marketplace will generally apply against the seller supplying the item, rather than the platform itself. However, PUSHAS may assist in reviewing claims, communicating with sellers, facilitating returns, and helping reach an appropriate resolution under our platform processes and applicable law.
