The One Piece Card Game Japanese Nami OP01-016 Special Alternate Art (SP) from OP-05 Awakening of the New Era (2023) is a PSA-graded copy of the SP printing of Nami. It is offered in PSA 10 Gem Mint, the top grade on the PSA scale.
Overview
OP-05 was released in Japan on 26 August 2023 as 新時代の主役, known in English as Awakening of the New Era. Bandai issued it to mark the card game's first anniversary, with a focus on the Sky Island arc and the Revolutionary Army. The set also carried SP cards, which reprint earlier cards with new special artwork.
Nami OP01-016 first appeared in OP-01 Romance Dawn, and this SP version is her OP-05 reprint with special art. She is a red Straw Hat Crew Character with a cost of 1, 2,000 Power and a +1,000 Counter. On Play, you look at the top five cards of your deck and add up to one Straw Hat Crew card other than Nami to your hand. This copy is the Japanese printing.
The card has been graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), which assesses centering, corners, edges and surface on a 1 to 10 scale. PSA then seals the card in a tamper-evident holder whose label shows the card, the grade and a unique certification number that can be checked on psacard.com.
