What is PUSHAS?

PUSHAS, "The Marketplace Of Hype", is a curated, global marketplace for authenticated sneakers, streetwear and collectibles. It was co-founded in 2017 by Justin Truong and Sandy Li, named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (Retail and Ecommerce) in 2022, and is backed by Justin Kan (Twitch) and Tim Fung (Airtasker). It has been covered by Complex, Business Insider, the Sydney Morning Herald and the Australian Financial Review, and operates under PUSHAS PTY LTD in Australia and PUSHAS, Inc. for US customers. By its own account it is the largest marketplace for authenticated sneakers, streetwear and collectibles in Australia and New Zealand.

The model is simple: sellers list, PUSHAS authenticates every item by hand and handles delivery, and buyers receive product that has been inspected before it ships. It is the access of an open marketplace with the trust of hand authentication built in.

How buying on PUSHAS works

1. Browse the marketplace. Explore live listings across sneakers, streetwear and collectibles, including pieces retailers have sold out of. Prices are set by sellers and reflect live demand.
2. Check the tag. Items marked FASTEST are already at a PUSHAS facility, authenticated, and dispatch within 2 days, with Express available worldwide on those items. Other items are sent by the seller to PUSHAS, authenticated, then dispatched, which takes 8 to 26 business days.
3. Pay the full price at checkout. Prices show in your local currency across 14 markets, with shipping, GST and duties calculated at checkout. Pay by card, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Australian orders over A$1,000 shipping from overseas may be charged duties on arrival; buyers outside Australia pay duties on arrival.
4. Receive an authenticated item. Nothing leaves a PUSHAS facility without passing inspection. Carriers include Australia Post, CouriersPlease, DHL, TNT and local post, and PO boxes are accepted.
5. Change your mind if you need to. Cancel within 2 hours for a full refund. Return for change of mind within 14 days of delivery for 90% back to your payment method or 100% store credit, or between days 15 and 90 for 90% store credit. How selling on PUSHAS works

PUSHAS is a vetted seller network. Every application is reviewed and only a small share are accepted, which is part of what keeps the marketplace trusted. The seller flow:

1. Apply to sell. Join via Become a Seller or email sell@pushas.com. Sellers are vetted before they can list.
2. List on the Seller Platform. Add your items and set a minimum payout for each one. You are never paid less than that figure, and sometimes slightly more.
3. Sell, then send it in. When an item sells you ship it to PUSHAS, or, for stock already held at a PUSHAS facility, it dispatches as FASTEST. Unsold stock held with PUSHAS is stored free for 12 months.
4. PUSHAS authenticates it. Every item is inspected on arrival, protecting both sides of the transaction.
5. Get paid weekly. Payouts run every Thursday.
