If an item is confirmed not authentic, you receive a full refund including shipping. If you simply change your mind, you can still return it. Shipping, GST and duties are calculated at checkout for Australian customers, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Who may sell
An open marketplace is only as reliable as its least careful seller. On PUSHAS every seller application is reviewed and only a small share are accepted, so the pool is curated before a single item is listed.

What is authenticated
Ask whether every item is inspected, or only some. On PUSHAS every item passes through a trained authenticator at a facility in Sydney, Hong Kong or Los Angeles before it is dispatched. Anything that fails never ships.

What happens after
The policy only matters once the box is open. On PUSHAS a confirmed authenticity claim is refunded in full including shipping, and a change of mind still has a path back within 90 days of delivery.

On PUSHAS you set a minimum payout for each item. You are never paid less, and sometimes slightly more. Payouts land weekly, every Thursday. Unsold stock is stored free for 12 months, and you manage everything in the Seller Platform.

Can I return an item bought on PUSHAS if I change my mind?
Yes. Cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. Within 14 days of delivery, choose 90% back to your original payment method or 100% as store credit. From day 15 to day 90, 90% store credit. There are no exchanges, and graded card slabs are returnable only while sealed, intact and unopened.
How long does PUSHAS take to deliver?
Items marked FASTEST are already at a PUSHAS facility and are dispatched within 2 business days, with Express available worldwide on those items. Other items are sent by the seller to PUSHAS, authenticated, then dispatched, which takes 8 to 26 business days.
Do I pay GST and import duties on PUSHAS orders in Australia?
GST and duties are calculated at checkout for Australian customers. Orders over A$1,000 shipping from overseas may be charged on arrival. Customers outside Australia pay any duties on arrival in their country.
