PSA population

Population is the number of copies of a card PSA has graded at each grade, published by PSA. It changes as more cards are graded, and counts graded copies, not copies printed.

PSA grades whole numbers from 1 to 10, plus half grades from 1.5 to 8.5. There is no PSA 9.5.

The Pokémon TCG Japanese MEGA Starter Set Mega Gengar ex Haunter 022/021 Art Rare (2025) is a PSA-graded copy of the full-art Haunter from the Japanese MBG starter deck. This slab is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, the highest grade on PSA's 10-point scale.

Overview

MEGA Starter Set Mega Gengar ex released in Japan on 5 September 2025 as a 60-card fixed deck built around Mega Gengar ex, packed with damage counters, a playmat, a player's guide and a coin. Haunter 022/021 is the only card numbered beyond the deck's 21-card list.

The Haunter Art Rare 022/021 is illustrated by Arai Kiriko and printed in Japanese, where Haunter is named ゴースト. It is a Darkness-type Stage 1 Pokémon with 100 HP that evolves from Gastly, with the attack Hollow Shot for 40 damage. The deck also contains a standard Haunter, making this the full-art version of the card.

This card has been graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), which assesses centering, corners, edges and surface on a 1 to 10 scale. PSA then seals the card in a tamper-evident holder whose label shows the card, the grade and a unique certification number that can be checked on psacard.com.

Returns Policy  

Cancel within 2 hours

Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.

Change of mind returns

  • Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Change of mind return requirements

  • Unworn, in its original condition and packaging
  • PUSHAS tag attached and undamaged

Q: Is every slab authentic?

Grading

Q: What does the grade mean?
