The Air Max 95, briefly

Lozano's brief was a running shoe, and his answer took its cues from human anatomy, with layered side panels that step through a gradient. Underneath, the Air Max 95 used visible Air cushioning, and the original colourway paired a black midsole with neon on the Air units and lace loops.

In 2025, 30 years after the debut, Nike brought back Big Bubble tooling, which restores the larger visible Air units of the original shoe. That revival and a run of collaborations with Corteiz, UNDEFEATED, Palace and Nike SB give the model plenty of range.

The SB 'Cacao Wow' is Nike SB's skate-ready take on the 95 in a rugged, chocolate-toned palette. Style code HF7545-002 released on Nike SNKRS on 20 January 2026, following Eric Koston's SB Air Max 95 from November 2025.

It nods to the original grey gradient. Suede side panels run from Pearl Grey to Anthracite over a white mesh base, a charcoal hairy-suede toe cap adds texture, and cacao brown webbing lace loops and a matching tongue badge add the brown accent. A reflective strip runs down the tongue and NIKE SB AIR is debossed on the heel.

2. Nike Air Max 95 OG 'Big Bubble Neon'

The OG 'Big Bubble Neon' is the original 1995 colourway on the Big Bubble tooling that restores the larger Air units of the first release. Style code HM4740-001 first returned in April 2025 and came back again on 5 March 2026.

Black, cool grey and neon yellow, with neon on the eyelets and visible Air. If you only own one 95, this is the original colourway on the original-style tooling.

3. Nike Air Max 95 'Corteiz Honey Black'

The Corteiz 'Honey Black' is the fourth Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95, following the London label's first three pairs. Style code FB2709-003 released in April 2025.

It is an all-black build with Tour Yellow on the branding and Air units, mesh netting across the upper and a black interior, a clear break from the camo linings of the first three pairs.

4. Nike Air Max 95 'Big Bubble Palace'

The Palace Air Max 95 came from Palace Skateboards in April 2026, releasing through Palace on 10 April and Nike SNKRS on 16 April, alongside a 25-piece apparel collection.

A metallic silver upper is sprayed in a gradient that fades to black towards the heel. It keeps Lozano's gradient idea but swaps suede tones for a metallic finish.

5. Nike Air Max 95 SP 'Undefeated Black'

The UNDEFEATED 'Black' is UNDEFEATED's take on the Air Max 95, style code IB4453-001, released for holiday 2025.

A black build with metallic silver Swooshes and red and green UNDEFEATED branding on one of the lower side overlays, revisiting the layout of the brand's 2017 Air Max 97. It is an easy pair to wear with tailoring.

6. Nike Air Max 95 'Stash'

The Stash Air Max 95 brings back artist Stash's 2006 collaboration. Style code HF5515-400 released on 13 December 2024.

The blue palette stays, but the build changes: the 2024 pair uses a mixed-material upper rather than the original's mostly suede construction.

7. Nike Air Max 95 SB 'Eric Koston Obsidian Speed Yellow'

The Eric Koston SB Air Max 95 is style code HQ8492-400, released in November 2025 in Obsidian and Speed Yellow.

Thai script reading "Nike" on the toe nods to Koston's heritage, and his name appears on the tongue. Navy and yellow over the layered panels give it a collegiate feel.
