Behind the Jordan 1 'Next Chapter' Spiderman Design
In an echo of the multiverse concept, the Spider-Verse Jordans feature an array of materials, patterns, and colors across different panels, creating a shoe that looks like it has journeyed through a wormhole. From comic-book-style sections to the multicolor suede and leather patches, these kicks are a visual journey in themselves.
You'll find suede and nubuck panels throughout, coupled with leather around the toe. The collar and the eye stay are iridescent patent leather, which shimmers and changes in different lighting conditions.

Given the delicate nature of suede and nubuck, I strongly suggest using a shoe protector to keep your pair looking fresh and pristine.
Any Jordan fan will recognize that this shoe is modeled after the iconic Chicago colorway. Over the years, this colorway has been endlessly restyled, remade, and revered by fans and the brand alike. And this pair, infused with the spirit of Spider-Man, is another fitting tribute.

Overall, I believe these are a fantastic addition to the Jordan lineup. Personally, I prefer these over the first rendition, the Origin Story.
