How much is shipping on PUSHAS?

Shipping ranges from A$14 to A$32 depending on where you live within Australia. Orders outside of Australia may incur a higher shipping charge.

How long does PUSHAS take to deliver?

Shipping usually takes from 1-5 business days shipped from PUSHAS. It may take longer depending on courier delays, or if stock is held off-site. 

How reliable is PUSHAS?

PUSHAS delivery is very reliable. Not only does deliveries generally take 1-5 business days, their customer support is exceptional should anything not go as planned. PUSHAS is a very reliable destination to purchase sneakers and streetwear.

How much is international shipping?

Shipping for sneakers from PUSHAS to International buyers starts from $40 -depending on your country and location.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we provide shipping to PO Boxes.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, a signature is required for your parcel.

In the case no one is available, a card or notification will be left for you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to or if they will re-attempt another delivery the following business day.

The delivery will be re-attempted 2-3 times before the parcel is sent back to PUSHAS. 

What if I am not home when my parcel is on its way?

Our couriers give you the option to redirect your parcel to your nearest pick up location - i.e. local newsagency. You will be messaged a link once your parcel is out for delivery. 

Once it has been delivered, you will be able to pick up your parcel during business hours.

What if my parcel has not arrived?

Will I be charged Customs and Import Duties?

Depending on the value of your order and country you are located, your order may or may not be subject to custom or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, it is up to the buyer to cover these costs.
