The Nike Air Kukini Spiridon Cage 2 'Stussy Black' (2020) represents one of the most celebrated collaborations between Nike and Stüssy, combining two innovative performance silhouettes from Nike's archives into a single contemporary design. Released in 2020 as part of the brands' collaborative collection, the sneaker fuses the distinctive neoprene upper and elastic support cage of the Air Kukini with the visible heel cushioning system of the Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2. Finished in an understated black colourway with subtle co-branding, the sneaker reflects Stüssy's signature minimalist approach while preserving the experimental design language that made both original models stand out. The result is a highly sought-after release that bridges performance heritage with modern streetwear, making it a standout addition to any sneaker rotation.
Overview
Dressed almost entirely in black, the Nike Air Kukini Spiridon Cage 2 'Stussy Black' features a breathable neoprene upper wrapped in the Kukini's signature translucent TPU support cage, delivering a secure fit and unmistakable visual identity. Tonal mesh underlays enhance ventilation, while subtle Stüssy branding appears on the tongue and sockliner alongside classic Nike detailing. Underfoot, the sneaker utilises the Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2's distinctive midsole, highlighted by the exposed caged Zoom Air unit in the heel for responsive cushioning and a unique aesthetic. A durable rubber outsole provides dependable traction, completing a silhouette that balances archival innovation with everyday wearability. Every pair sold through PUSHAS undergoes a meticulous authentication process, ensuring complete confidence in every purchase.
