The doublet x ASICS Gel-Quantum 360 I AMP 'Tyrannosaurus Rex' (1203A986-200) turns ASICS' full-length GEL runner into a dinosaur head. Released on 9 January 2026, it places a T-Rex face across the upper and styles the GEL midsole as its teeth.
Overview
doublet is a Japanese fashion label known for playful concepts, and this is its second ASICS collaboration after the cardboard-box Gel-Kayano 20 of 2024. ASICS describes the theme as the world of the Jurassic period, built around the segmented Gel-Quantum 360 sole.
The doublet Gel-Quantum 360 T-Rex uses a one-piece graphic upper printed with a Tyrannosaurus Rex head, with the eyes on the quarters and nostrils near the toe. ASICS adds a 3D-printed reptilian skin texture and raised polyurethane details for depth. White GEL units read as teeth, a red layer above them forms the gums, and the box is shaped like a T-Rex head.
Place the heels together and flex the toes, and the pair appears to chomp. It is a statement shoe for collectors of doublet and ASICS SportStyle, and it wears best with plain trousers that let the graphic lead.
