Overview
The OP05-119 Monkey.D.Luffy card combines high Power with effects designed around a substantial DON!! investment. Its once-per-turn Activate: Main effect also allows the player to rest one DON!! card to add up to one DON!! card from the DON!! deck and set it as active. Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.
