PUSHAS uses Couriers Please and Australia Post to assist sellers to get their stock to our Sydney warehouse. We're currently only offering this product to sellers in Australia.

Option 1: Couriers Please

PUSHAS Subsidized Shipping Labels with Couriers Please is a door-to-door option. Sellers are able to pack as much stock as they can fit in one box. Sellers must purchase one label per box.

Note:
 There have been delays with our carrier, Couriers Please. We advise you only book the labels if you are happy to take the chance and wait for the courier or you are happy to take the parcels to your nearest Couriers Please depot.

In the case the couriers do not arrive, after we have booked the labels, sellers will have to take it on themselves to rebook the pick up by calling Couriers Please directly and quote the tracking number on the label to avoid further delays.

Option 2: Australia Post

PUSHAS provides Australia Post shipping labels for sellers who prefer to take the parcel to their nearest post office. Only four sneakers can be shipped within one label. 

Required Information

Prior to ordering labels: Please ensure all items are listed in the portal before making a booking. Labels will not be provided if items are not entered into the portal. PUSHAS Subsidised Shipping Labels are for consignment stock that you wish to store and sell with us ONLY.

Quantity: Adjust the quantity section in the cart for the number of labels required for the pick up (1 unique label per shipping box).

Pick up date: Please add your pick up date (DD/MM/YY) in the 'Order Special Instructions' section in your cart. Please add a date someone will be available to hand over the parcel to the courier.

Cart: If you click 'Check Out', you will not be able to see the 'Order Special Instructions' section. Please add the labels to the cart, and go to your cart to add the pick up date before adding your payment details.

Pickup location and phone number: We will use the shipping address and phone number you add to the order for your pick up location and contact number for the courier.

Additional Information

Receiving the labels: Please allow a 24 business hour time frame to receive your labels. Please ensure you are booking labels 24-48 hours ahead of your pick up date. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm). Once you have successfully ordered your labels via PUSHAS.com, one of our friendly team members will email you a confirmation email with the labels attached.

Pick up time: The courier could come anytime between 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pickups usually occur before 12:00pm.

Missed pick up: If you miss the courier and a re-booking is required, extra costs may occur. We do not take responsibility for shoes and shoeboxes damaged in transit.

Insurance: PUSHAS is not liable for any stock in transit and sellers are responsible for insuring their own stock during transit to PUSHAS. For more details, please visit our Help Centre.

Printing & Packing

Print: Please print the label in A4/A5 and attach it to your parcel securely.

Packing: Please make sure your sneakers are inside their shoebox, then securely packed into a shipping box.

Please pack a minimum of 4 items per parcel.

Sneakers & apparel are verified authentic by PUSHAS.

This means that each item you purchase on PUSHAS is authenticated by hand - so you can shop with confidence knowing your items are authentic.

At PUSHAS, we guarantee that we only accept legitimate sellers with a stellar track record as it is our mission to be the most trusted sneaker platform in Asia-Pacific. This means we only end up accepting 1 in every 6 applications. We also guarantee that we verify all sneakers that come through our platform to ensure their legitimacy.

However, even our sneaker specialists are only human and may make a mistake.

We guarantee that if you receive fake sneakers, we will provide you with a FULL REFUND for the sneaker. All you have to do is prove to us that the sneakers you received are indeed fake.

  • If you are returning sneakers since they are not legitimate, you will get a full refund once you return the sneakers to us and they are indeed not authentic.
  • To date, we have received 0 returns based on authenticity since our launch in May 2017.
  • False returns will be subject to additional fees & charges such as shipping to and from PUSHAS as well as a 9.5% processing charge.

We hope that through PUSHAS, Australia and the rest of Asia-Pacific will have a robust and safe community for buying and selling sneakers.

Please note:

For all refunds, the package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by PUSHAS. 

Once we receive your sneakers, the sneakers will be evaluated as to whether they have been worn before your refund is made.

As we are a platform, PUSHAS reserves the right to make the final decision on all authenticity cases on behalf of our sellers.

What is 'Fastest'?

What is 'Fastest' vs 'Non-Fastest' Shipping?

'Fastest' sizes are prioritised & dispatched within 1-2 business days. Express Shipping is only available on 'Fastest' sizes.

'Non-Fastest' variants are located in our off-site facilities.

This means additional days are required for this process. Shipping times will then vary depending on the carrier.

Where is PUSHAS available?

PUSHAS ships Australia-wide and to the rest of the world.

How long does PUSHAS take to deliver?

'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Non 'Fastest' sizes are dispatched within 1-7 business days.

After dispatch, Standard shipping will take 1-7 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.

For 'Fastest' sizes, Express Shipping by Australia Post is available as an option at checkout.

Who are the delivery partners of PUSHAS?

Depending on your location, PUSHAS uses Australia Post, CourierPlease, DHL and TNT.

What is Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray?

We offer an option at checkout to add Bubble Wrap & Sneaker Spray. We'll wrap your sneaker box with bubble wrap and include a bottle of ICE Sneaker Protector.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns Based on Change Of Mind

To return items, the buyer must email orders@pushas.com within 90 days of receiving the original shipment. Please include 'Order Return (Your Order Number)' in the subject heading. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping cost to & from PUSHAS.

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel your order for a full refund due to wrong sizing or change of mind. Simply log into your PUSHAS account, select the relevant order, and choose 'Cancel'.

Due to the anonymous nature of our resale platform, we are unable to offer full refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind after 2 hours of placing your order.

If the buyer wishes to proceed with a return after the 2 hours have elapsed, a 9.5% handling fee will apply. The buyer will receive 90.5% of the value of the items purchased excluding shipping as PUSHAS Store Credit.

Our 9.5% handling fee covers our costs in handling and restocking the item, as well as dealing with the seller of these items. If the order has been fulfilled, the return must be sent back and passed by our inspection process. We advise all customers to order carefully.

Items are only eligible for return if:

  • Request for a return is within 90 days of the original receival date according to the tracking provided; 
  • The PUSHAS tag is intact and not removed, damaged or tampered with;
  • Items are returned in the original condition (unworn with original packaging); and
  • Items packed carefully (the way it was shipped in).
  • Buyers have emailed orders@pushas.com about initiating a return with us.

Please ensure you pack your item safely and securely into the box it was delivered in. The buyer is responsible for any damage to items that are not shipped appropriately. 

Packaging that is not considered appropriate include, but is not limited to: boxes shipped in satchels, items shipped without an outer box, items that are shipped without bubble wrap or padding, items shipped in damaged outer boxes or multiple boxes taped together to make a larger outside box.

PUSHAS has the right to turn away any items that are deemed unsuitable for a return, upon arrival, or if the buyer has not emailed us about initiating a return. 

The buyer is responsible for the item up until the point that it is accepted by the PUSHAS Team.

If your stock goes missing in transit to our warehouse using our carrier labels, we will start an investigation with the delivery carrier to help reach a resolution. 

Ultimately, PUSHAS is not liable for any stock in transit and buyers are responsible for insuring their own stock during transit to PUSHAS.

PUSHAS credit notes are issued to the email account the original order was placed with. The credit cannot be transferred to another email. If you lose access to the email, we are unable produce another credit note. PUSHAS credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note, the returns policy does not apply for Mystery Box orders, as all sales are final.

Returns based on fit for use

    Sneakers that might have a manufacturing fault may be sent to our team to be assessed to see whether they were damaged through wear and tear or if it was indeed a manufacturing fault.

    Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you have a proof of purchase, all tags are intact and sneakers are returned in the same condition they were shipped.

    If the criteria is met, PUSHAS will allow for free returns based on fit for use.

    Please note that most sneakers that are released by retailers over 2 years ago are generally collectibles. Therefore, their "fit for use" is to be displayed and stored and not worn.

    FAQs

    Why are prices different for each variant?

    Each variant size / price is set by different verified sellers on the PUSHAS marketplace. Therefore, their prices will differ based on what is set by the seller.

    PUSHAS role is to solely facilitate transactions and authentication.

    PUSHAS does not have a role in setting prices.

    Are colours exactly like the photo?

    We ensured that colours of products presented on-screen are as faithful as possible. However, colours of actual product may differ.

    What is a damaged box?

    A damaged boxes can vary from slightly damaged to damaged conditions. PUSHAS always ensures that all sneakers, regardless of the box condition, are in brand new condition.

    A damaged box is one with visible damage, such as scratches, tears, rips and/or discolouration from the original box.Why are prices different for each variant?
