Do Nike shoes fit true to size? Most of the range does, so your usual Nike size is the right starting point across Dunks, Air Max Plus TNs, Kobes and Jordans. The Air Force 1 is the exception Nike ...
Updated September 2026 — the live stock table re-read against current listings on 24 September 2026, correcting the Air Force 1 'Pegasus Pack Phantom' row to the 14 sizes actually buyable; the size conversion chart is unchanged and remains verified against Nike row for row.
The short answer: most Nike sneakers fit true to size, so your usual Nike size is the right starting point across Dunks, Air Max Plus TNs, Kobes and Jordans. The one exception Nike itself flags is the Air Force 1, which runs big — Nike's own guidance is to take half a size smaller for a secure fit, or stay true to size if your feet are wide.
PUSHAS, the global marketplace for authenticated hype sneakers, streetwear and collectibles, carries Nike from a US men's 3.5 up to a US men's 16 — so once this guide has settled your size, you can see exactly what is buyable in it further down the page.

Read across from your US, Youth or EU size to the equivalent in the other columns, then apply the fit advice in the next section. If you fall between two rows, take the larger one.
For sizes outside this range, refer to the charts published on the Nike website.

For most of the range, yes. Nike's footwear follows one published size chart, so if you are a US M10 in a Dunk you will almost always be a US M10 in an Air Max Plus TN, a Kobe or an Air Jordan.
The exception Nike publishes itself is the Air Force 1. Its toe box is unusually roomy and the stitched leather upper relaxes as it breaks in, so Nike's official Air Force 1 sizing guidance is to take half a size smaller than your usual Nike size if you want the secure, laced-up fit the shoe was designed for. Stay true to size if you have wide feet or want a deliberately relaxed fit. This is not a matter of taste at the margins — it is Nike's own published recommendation.
Two smaller variables worth accounting for on any Nike: thick socks effectively take up about half a size, and an aftermarket insole tightens the fit noticeably. If you are genuinely between sizes, the larger size plus a thicker sock is the more forgiving combination.
Dunks, Air Max Plus TNs and Kobes all follow the chart above — take your usual Nike size. The Air Force 1 is the one that breaks the pattern, for the reason given above.
Cut matters more than model. Within a single silhouette, a High or a Mid sits tighter than the Low in the same size, because the collar and the extra panelling reduce volume around the ankle and instep. If half a size down feels too tight in a Mid or High, going true to size in those cuts is reasonable.
Upper material matters too. Patent and suede editions do not break in at the same rate as standard leather, so a snug pair in one material will not loosen on the same timetable in another.
For the models where the detail is worth having in full, we keep dedicated guides: the complete Air Force 1 size guide, the Air Max Plus TN size guide, the Nike Kobe size guide, the Nike Metcon size guide, and the Nike Mind 001 Slide size guide.

Nike's men's and women's sizing runs 1.5 sizes apart, and it is printed on the box: a pair labelled US M7 is also a US W8.5. The rule works in both directions:
So if you normally buy women's sizing and you are looking at a pair listed in men's, subtract 1.5 from your women's size. If you normally buy men's and the pair you want is women's-sized — as many Dunk Low colourways are — add 1.5.
If you want a little more room than the straight conversion gives, round up rather than down: a US W7 converting to a US M5.5 can comfortably take a US M6. On PUSHAS you rarely need to do the arithmetic at all, because sneaker listings show both, in the form "US M 9 / W 10.5", wherever the brand publishes a women's equivalent for that size.
If you have smaller feet you may fit Youth or Grade School sizing, which is often the more accessible way into the same silhouette than the equivalent women's or men's pair.
The conversion is simple, and it is on the chart above: the Youth number matches the US men's number. A US M4.5 is a 4.5Y. Coming from women's sizing, subtract 1.5 — a US W6 is a 4.5Y, and a US W7.5 is a 6Y.
Youth sizing runs to 7Y. Above that the chart continues in US men's only, and below it the two run alongside each other.

Jordan and Nike sizing is the same. Both follow the same Nike size chart, so the size you wear in a Dunk is the size you wear in an Air Jordan, and the chart above covers both.
Individual Jordan models still have their own fit character — for the two most cross-shopped, see the Jordan 1 size guide and the Jordan 4 size guide. If you are weighing a Dunk against a Jordan 1 Low, our breakdown of how the two differ on foot covers the rest.
If you are buying your first pair, or converting from another brand, measure rather than guess:
Take the longest distance from heel to longest toe, then read it against the Foot Length (cm) column in the chart above — not the CM / JP box-label column — and apply the model adjustment from this guide on top of it.
Knowing your size only helps if the pair is buyable in it. These are Nike silhouettes live at PUSHAS as of 24 September 2026, with the sizes currently on the board.

Most do. Dunks, Air Max Plus TNs, Kobes and Air Jordans all follow Nike's standard chart, so your usual Nike size is correct. The Air Force 1 is the exception — it runs big, and Nike recommends half a size down.
A US M10 in almost everything Nike makes. In Air Force 1s, a US M9.5, following Nike's half-size-down guidance — unless your feet are wide, in which case stay at the 10.
A US W9.5. Nike men's and women's sizing runs 1.5 sizes apart, and on PUSHAS men's and women's equivalents are shown together wherever the brand publishes both, so you rarely have to convert.
A US M5.5. Subtract 1.5 from your women's size to get the men's equivalent. If you want a little more room, a US M6 works.
The number is the same: a US M4.5 is a 4.5Y. Youth sizing runs to 7Y. Above that the chart continues in US men's only, and below it the two run alongside each other. Youth is often one of the more accessible ways into the same silhouette.
Yes. Jordan follows the same Nike size chart, so the chart on this page covers both.
Yes. Highs and Mids sit tighter than the Low in the same size, because the collar and extra panelling reduce volume around the ankle and instep.
Because Nike publishes two different centimetre figures for every size — the CM/JP number printed on the box label, and the actual foot length — and says on its own size page that the two are not the same. Size from the Foot Length (cm) column: measure your foot, find the closest length and read across. The CM / JP column is there only so you can match the number printed on the box of a pair you already own.
Nike is live at PUSHAS from a US men's 3.5 up to a US men's 16, every pair authenticated by hand, with global shipping from Sydney and Los Angeles.
Nike sizing is more consistent than its catalogue makes it look. Take your usual Nike size across the range, drop half a size in Air Force 1s unless your feet are wide, expect Highs and Mids to sit tighter than Lows, and use the 1.5-size rule to move between men's and women's.
That consistency is deliberate, and it goes back a long way. When Nike designer Peter Moore drew the Dunk for the 1985–86 'Be True to Your School' college basketball campaign, he built it from parts of existing Nike models — the Air Jordan 1's outsole and the last from the Nike Legend, then regarded as the best-fitting basketball last Nike had. Forty-one years on, that shared-parts approach is why the size you wear in one Nike is usually the size you wear in the next.
Each foot is its own shape, so play it by ear at the margins: if your feet are wide and your current size already feels tight, take the half size up.
PUSHAS is the global marketplace for authenticated hype sneakers, streetwear and collectibles, shipping worldwide from Sydney and Los Angeles. Every pair is authenticated by hand, so you can shop with confidence.
Note: this size guide is a general reference. Fit can still vary with foot shape, upper material and midsole, so treat it as a starting point rather than a guarantee.
