Do sneakers come with original box and receipt?
All sneakers are brand new and come with original box unless stated otherwise.
Not all sneakers come with receipts, as our sellers may have bought 2+ items and would not have enough receipts for items.
Is PUSHAS legit?
PUSHAS PTY LTD (ACN: 617 810 554) is an ASIC-regulated proprietary limited company operating registered under Australian law. What is the selling process?
Sellers need to go through an application process to become a seller. This is because PUSHAS only accepts the best sellers to ensure quality sneakers are sold. The current acceptance rate is about 1/6 applications.
Once a seller is accepted, they are able to send sneakers to PUSHAS to be listed. Once sold, the seller will receive the listed price of the sneaker minus the seller fee.

What if I would like my unsold sneakers returned from PUSHAS?
If you have a sneaker with us that you would like returned, all you need to do is email us listing the sneaker you would like returned and pay for shipping.
Should you sell your sneakers to a private buyer and not through us, we will even ship the sneakers to the buyer to save you the hassle. Again, please email us and let us know and organise payment for shipping.

Once a sneaker is sold, it can no longer be returned to you.
Why should I sell on PUSHAS rather than on Facebook Groups?
Even though you might be getting a bit more by selling it yourself, you are actually spending a lot of time to take photos to list on Facebook, negotiating with buyers, manage sales and inventory, and other admin.
With a lot of sellers flooding the market on Facebook, it is also hard to cut through the noise.
While PUSHAS takes a small service fee, we eliminate the time you spend on these tasks saving you money in the long run. If you price your time at $25 an hour, that's exactly what you're losing every hour by doing these tasks. Instead, selling on PUSHAS means that you let us work for you, and make you money while you sleep (or do other things to bring you in more money).

How do I pay?
At PUSHAS, you can buy sneakers with Laybuy, ZipPay, AfterPay, or PayPal (Incl. Credit / Debit Cards). For additional details please see here.

If you place an order via PayPal or bank card, we may request further details from you to verify your order details, such as a Photo I.D. This is to ensure there is no fraud or unauthorised transactions occurring.
Depending on the value of your order and country you are located, your order may or may not be subject to custom or import duties.
If your parcel is charged, it is up to the buyer to cover these costs.

What classifies as 'Brand New' on PUSHAS?
PUSHAS classifies ‘Brand New’ as an authentic and unworn pair of sneakers.
All ‘Brand New’ sneakers come with their original box unless stated otherwise.
‘Brand New’ sneakers also may or may not include additional accessories, such as extra laces, stickers and cards, that were included in the original packaging at retail purchase.
There may be slight imperfections or factory flaws from the manufacturer and retailer that will still be considered brand new.
'Brand New' sneakers may be unlaced and tried on for fit from the retailer.
PUSHAS understands that the ‘Brand New’ sneaker boxes may encounter some damage due to shipping and handling by the retailer, and couriers.
With some older pairs of 7+ years, they may yellow due to aging and should be worn at your discretion. These older pairs may also have some structural weaknesses and/or have become less durable.
We allow the original box to be slightly damaged, such as minor dents and rips as with any sneaker store. Anything outside of this, will be listed with additional notes.
Why do some of the products say “Fastest”?
Fastest means the product has been pre-verified by our authentication team and is immediately ready for dispatch and shipping. This means you’ll get your sneakers as soon as possible. Shipping times will then vary depending on the carrier.
If my product does not say “fastest” what does this mean?
Non-fastest products are located outside our facility. This means that when a purchase is made, the product will first need to be shipped to our facility. After reaching our facility, it will then go through our authentication and quality assurance process before it is dispatched. Therefore additional days are required for this process. Shipping times will then vary depending on the carrier.
What is a damaged box?
A damaged boxes can vary from slightly damaged to damaged conditions. PUSHAS always ensures that all sneakers, regardless of the box condition, are in brand new condition.
A damaged box is one with visible damage, such as scratches, tears, rips and/or discolouration from the original box.
Should I wear my vintage sneakers (3+ years)?
Sneakers that were released longer than 3 years ago may not be suitable for wear due to structural integrity from aging.
For this reason please purchase with caution as we do not accept returns.
We recommend these pairs only as display.
How do I make an enquiry?

Can I cancel my order? What if I order the wrong size?
Please ensure that you make your purchase carefully as PUSHAS does not allow refunds or exchanges.
Once you have placed your order, we cannot change or cancel your order since we are not a traditional retail store. We help sell products on behalf of other sneakerheads who are selling their sneakers.
Therefore, all transactions are final.
Can I change my shipping address after I have made my order?
Please enter your order details carefully, as we are unable to change your delivery details once your order has been placed.
Extra charges may apply if redirecting of your order is needed.
Why are there different prices on the same sneaker?
There are many factors that determine the price of a sneaker that is listed.
Firstly, Pricing is determined by the seller of the sneaker. This means each size will have a different price. Some sellers might price their sneakers higher, while others are lower. However, the most competitive price will be displayed on our website, so you can ensure that the sneaker you are buying is the best price we offer.
Secondly, Demand & Supply. Some sizes are more popular and limited than others and so they may be priced higher or lower depending on this.
Do you do trades?
Due to the nature of consignment, we are unable to offer trades of any kind.
When is customer support available?
Our Customer service hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm AEST. Please expect delays during the weekends and holiday periods.
Our response times may vary. However, our goal is to ensure we respond to you within 24 hours. It is our best interest to ensure your responses are being answered in a timely manner by a human.
Sending multiple emails in regards to the same matter may delay your response.

Why should I buy on PUSHAS rather than on Facebook Groups?
Lets be honest, it's pretty annoying buying on Facebook groups. How many times do buyers miss good deals just because you weren't paying attention? Not to mention the chance of being scammed? How do you know sneakers are legit?
Prices may be cheap now, but what about the standard PayPal Fees of 4% they charge? Exorbitant shipping fees? It ends up not being cheaper than PUSHAS at all.
With PUSHAS, you pay for the listed price and flat shipping. No hidden fees or charges at all.

When will I receive my tracking ID?
All orders will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.
Why is my order taking so long?
We aim to meet our shipping estimates.
Please keep in mind that some of our stock may not be available at our dispatch facility due to our extensive range of stock. Therefore, this will require relocating your order via couriers to our outbound team before we authenticate and dispatch your sneakers to you.
Once your order has been shipped by us, it is up to the courier company to deliver your sneakers to you. This means some delays may occur which is out of our control.
Are sneakers double-boxed?
All purchases are packed in a delivery box with their original box unless stated otherwise.
