Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

'Fastest' orders are shipped 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email and are processed instantly.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping ranges from A$9.99 to A$19.99 depending on where you live within Australia. Orders outside of Australia may incur a higher shipping charge.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United States of America, and Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PUSHAS PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@pushas.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns Based on Change Of Mind

Due to the anonymous nature of our resale platform, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size.

So please make your purchase carefully!

Once you have placed your order, we cannot change or cancel your order since we are not a traditional retail store. We help sell products on behalf of other sneakerheads who are selling their sneakers.

Therefore, all transactions are final.

Returns based on fit for use

    Sneakers that might have a manufacturing fault may be sent to our team to be assessed to see whether they were damaged through wear and tear or if it was indeed a manufacturing fault.

    Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you have a proof of purchase, all tags are intact and sneakers are returned in the same condition they were shipped.

    Please note that most sneakers that are released by retailers over 2 years ago are generally collectibles. Therefore, their "fit for use" is to be displayed and stored and not worn.
