Overview
Umbreon VMAX evolves from Umbreon V and features 310 HP, the Dark Signal Ability and the Max Darkness attack. Dark Signal allows the player, when evolving into Umbreon VMAX during their turn, to switch one of their opponent’s Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon. Max Darkness deals 160 damage. As a Pokémon VMAX, Umbreon VMAX also follows the VMAX rule, meaning an opponent takes three Prize cards when it is Knocked Out. The Secret Rare version is numbered 215/203 in the Evolving Skies expansion, placing it beyond the set’s 203-card numbered base set. Illustrated by KEIICHIRO ITO, the card combines Umbreon’s distinctive Dark-type identity with the colourful visual treatment associated with the Secret Rare version.
